Service providers
Providers and sub-processors

These are the services used by T-place, as referenced in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Their roles differ: some process data for us, while others, such as payment services and embedded activities, may handle data under their own policies. Only those processing student data on our behalf are sub-processors under the agreement.
1. Running the platform

2. Sign-in, email and payments

3. AI features

Student submissions are not sent to these providers for grading. Do not include student personal data in AI prompts or attachments. See AI features in the Privacy Policy for details.
4. External content in lessons
Opening an embedded activity or playing a video connects your browser to its provider, which receives your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under its own policy. YouTube thumbnails also connect to Google before you press play.

6. Changes to this list
We will notify you and update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor of student data. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period. If we cannot offer an alternative, you may cancel and receive a refund for unused subscription time. See the Data Processing Agreement.
