Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellation
Last updated: 5 October 2026 · v2026-10-08
This page explains when you can get a refund for a paid T-place plan and how to ask for one. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who takes the payment
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, sends your receipt and returns refunds to the payment method you used. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
2. 14-day right to withdraw
Consumers in Ukraine and the EEA have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, subject to applicable law. For EEA subscriptions, this generally applies to the first payment, not each renewal; any exceptions required by law still apply. If you expressly request that the service start during that period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service provided before withdrawal. The right ends after full performance only if you gave the required consent and acknowledged that the right would end. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Separately, Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal. Requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed to be approved. See Paddle’s refund policy for the applicable conditions.
3. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel from the billing page at any time, or request cancellation through Paddle support. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you do not receive a refund, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds may be available under applicable law or Paddle’s refund policy.
- The free trial needs no card and is never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
4. Charges made by mistake
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged after you cancelled, the extra charge is refunded in full.
5. How to ask for a refund
Visit Paddle support and select “Request refund”, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. You can also write to teacher.place.co@gmail.com for help. Include your account email and, if available, the order number from your receipt so we can locate the payment.
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, normally within 14 days of approval. For an eligible EU withdrawal, Paddle refunds within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Under Paddle’s refund policy, access to the product covered by a refund ends. A refund is therefore different from cancelling future renewals while keeping access for the rest of the paid period.
